Our tenant satisfaction platform, Area of People, furnishes us with insights into the human value alongside comprehensive building and maintenance data. Seamlessly integrated into our real estate framework, it significantly enhances the social, sustainable, and financial value of our properties. The customized dashboard provides a blend of practical and intelligent features.

PROFESSIONAL DASHBOARD
The dashboard consolidates resident communications, events, maintenance activities, service partner interactions, and repair notifications, offering a comprehensive overview. It also serves as a valuable benchmarking tool to assess portfolio performance against industry standards.

USER-FRIENDLY APP
Each building, neighborhood, and community area is equipped with its own dedicated application. Through this platform, residents can seamlessly connect with one another, collaborate on events, access essential services, share sustainability initiatives, report maintenance issues, and promptly locate pertinent information about their surroundings.

Health & Safety

PARTNERSHIP HARTSTICHTING
We have an innovative partnership with Hartstichting   (Heart Foundation) to strategically place Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). In 2023, 11 of our buildings were equipped with AED’s and an additional 8 locations are scheduled for installation.

SAFETY PRIORITIZED IN MAINTANANCE
In our assets, safety takes precedence. We monitor maintenance activities regarding safety guidelines and ensure compliance with laws, regulations and well-being aligned with our sustainability objectives. For example: the  use of sustainable roofing materials, such as green roofs, high-quality insulation and solar panels.

MONITORING AND REPORTING ON HEALTH AND SAFETY
We embrace innovation, measurement, reporting on health & safety issues and implementations. We plan to invest in technologies who endorse this and will shortly initiate a study to select suitable partners.

LOCAL INFLUENCE
We prioritize sourcing products locally to support regional flavors, stimulate the economy, and reduce environmental effect. Our commitment extends to fostering economic growth and community well-being by providing local job opportunities. Partnering with retailers and residents ensures a positive social influence.

INVESTOR ENGAGEMENT
Stakeholders are involved in health and safety management, including employee participation and dialogue with local communities. For example: Investors are regularly informed through a wide diversity of reports. We organize numerous events with our investors and other stakeholders for constructive feedback.

SAFETY DRIVEN BY COMMUNITY-FOCUSED RETAILERS
We explore how our assets and retailers, as community hubs, are evolving to meet the social needs of customers. For example: The safety of the square in a neighborhood shopping center is being improved in collaboration with a residents’ association to create a safer environment.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY
