Welcome to European Hospitality Properties

European Hospitality Properties is an investment fund focused on real estate of upscale hotels located in Europe. The fund was created by Annexum Invest and Kempen & Co, each with an unique expertise accross all aspects of hotel real estate investing. We started in February 2007 with the acquisition of the first 6 hotel properties in The Netherlands. In january 2008 European Hospitality Properties has bougth "Achat" Hotels in Germany.
